hanashita ;

Woke up today at 9 and I've been waking up at 9 since the 3 days ago. wow I haven't been waking up regularly that early since idk. year 8 ? idk.

Went to go do some work. Tidy up my desk area. Trained for a bit. Cousin came over. Turns out my mum complained to him about how shitty my marks were, without my knowledge. So my cousin popped up to suss out the sitch. AHAHA he was like, ohh wtf its good man, pretty good and I was like keke to mum. always over-reacting like typical asian mums. pshhh. anyway he's still here, been talking about stuff since this morning. Going to order my dress soon :D

2024 Update For Context

A whole ass 10 years have past since I properly bloged. I always wanted to keep this blog up. I don't ever intend to archive my posts because they are part of who I was and still am.

Now approaching 30, I want to continue this blog. It feels so performative, back then and even now but I want to do this for myself now. I'm confident in my thoughts and feelings and my rationale because I have fumbled so much shit over these 10 years that I've learnt a lot lol. yeh she really fucking went through it cuz she was so dumb lol but I am so much richer because of those trying times. I feel the most content I have ever been. I'm sure I said that at 25 years old too but I have grown a lot since then. I still have a lot to learn.

I value emotional intelligence and empathy nowadays. I find that empathy is such a valuable learned muscle to 'grow' not just to practice for others but myself as well. It will be an underlying theme on my blog. I have a lot I want to post about but mostly I want to commit to penning my thoughts because they just float around and it'd be nice to place them somewhere.

I'm not pragmatic in my thoughts and I'm not eloquent in my writing and my vocabulary is probably my strongest asset but I strive to be better and hope this will help me along the way.
