I spoke the truth, yet no one believed me.
There was a sinking feeling in one corner of my heart.
I didn't care about the others, but when you didn't believe it.
I gave up.
There wasn't enough that could prove the words i had uttered.

That day when you were there be yourself.
My friends came and helped you.
Friends that were cheery and friendly.
Soon you unwaveringly told them to leave as the job was done.
Were we that much of a burden.

That day where you showed an example of a habit of yours.
When it was just a normal situation.
It wasn't necessary.
This particular habit hurts everyone involved.
Particularly me.
